Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Center Hotels Plaza enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of the city, right across from a skate park and next to a gelato shop, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms, especially the Superior variety, are often described as spacious and clean, equipped with amenities like a refrigerator, coffee, and a kettle. While the breakfast setting in the basement (no windows) didn't appeal to everyone, many appreciated the delicious sausages, bread, and bacon; some guests have also noted occasional noise from nearby establishments. You will also find yourself within walking distance of Hallgrimskirkja and the harbor, where you might catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

Center Location Was So Handy

breakfast buffet fresh tomatoes luggage storage central location
The breakfast buffet featured many choices. Bacon and eggs were there every day. I found fresh tomatoes on the buffet. Juices provided a good start to the day. The hotel provided luggage storage, such a help. The staff were attentive, never failing to assist. The location was really central for walking.
My room was warm. I desired to have air conditioning available.
